Signed up for an advertised "guaranteed" amount of real estate leads and closed deals per there online advertising which can be seen on the website, instagram and I would assume other social media outlets. The first issue is that they are committing false advertising since the small print of the contract (once read) says that they actually do not guarantee closed deals but rather they guarantee 30 or more appointments in a 16 week period. Things they do not tell you:- A lead is considered committed if they talk that person and they agree to a phone call even if that person never picks up the call from you.-You do not get your money back in as a guarantee but rather a pro rated version which if the math is done properly comes out to over $300/lead which is totally insane.-The true issue is that even when they don't produce the 30 leads they say they will, they cut off communication with you, so that you can not discuss the prorated return per lead in the contract in which you are promised. The entire process is below board and they should not be allowed to scam people either directly or indirectly. I am out over $10,000 from using there service. After being given approximately 25 appointments in 4 months, 20 of which never picked up the phone and another one of which was a fellow realtor calling on an ad (through ********* for information, i am at a loss. The do not abide by the ads they run and even the shady contract that most people will not read, they don't follow up to the agreement made. When asked to speak to customer service, i was sent an email address which they don't reply to and the account manager i dealt with (through the app "voxer") went ghost when it was no longer in his interest to respond to me.
