      I scheduled an appointment online to have a couple of chips repaired on my windshield. The day before my appointment, I miss a call from Auto Glass. I call them back 2 different times and finally speak with someone, only to be told that they "voided" my appointment because I missed their call. Also, the appointment was set to be a windshield replacement, not repair. The person I spoke to, Justin, seemed like he was over it. He cussed and said "this is stupid", and was just generally unpleasant to speak with. He told me that they couldn't fit me in until Monday, which does not work for me. I told him that I would need to call back so I can check my schedule and he said "alright" and just hung up. I won't be calling back to schedule anything with this company.
