    After servicing our home for over a year, this company changed their policy and is no longer servicing us, our household is disabled, and we are unable to make the walk to the trash compactor in our neighborhood. The justification for them no longer continuing their service is they do not want to get tied up in a legal battle with the company that owns the trash compactor. That would be fine to not take on any new clients. However, to cancel the service of long standing members because you made a mistake in the beginning is really poor service, especially when the only reasoning is that a "consultant" informed that this could happen. I hope this business fails, which it will because there were many times they made plenty of excuses and went weeks without picking up our trash, and now they are turning down business due to made up circumstances. I checked on the information the consultant gave the business and discovered this has literally never happened in TN legal history. They made this justification up when the real reason is they didn't want to drive to our neighborhood to only service our house any longer.

All of our routes are recorded, so I'd be happy to research the times you state you went weeks without pickup, but again I can't look into that since I don't have a customer by your name. Since you are handy in the legal and research world, perhaps you'd be interested in being a consultant. We'd definitely support your business, as we love supporting other local, small businesses! I apologize you are upset with the difficult decision we had to make. We wish you the best!

    Ad online states service La Vergne on Wednesday after requesting service told outside their service area even though they advertise serve Rutherford County. So the company name is correct Bull.

    Hi *****! You are correct, our website states we service LaVergne because we do. Unfortunately, your address falls into an area of LaVergne in which we not service and this is what you were advised during your signup inquiry. My apologies that this was such a disappointment. We do hope to expand to service all residents of Rutherford County one day, but our small business just isn't at that point yet. Thanks so much for your feedback!
