    Let me just start out by saying, I have given it the weekend to make sure I have a cool head. This is my warning and it was shortened A LOT due to standards for the review. 1. My appointment was at 8:50a, I showed up at 8:30a like I was asked too. I had my eyes dilated at 9:05ish, waited for a room til 9:30ish 2. Dr M***** comes in at 10:53a in what seemed like a rush. He made some comment and I advised he was very lucky he came in when he did because he had 7 minutes and I was walking. He said well let's make this appointment worth your time. Then I feel it all went down him from there. -Dr. M***** does a brief exam of my eyes and looks over my paperwork and says you have dry eye. All of your medications cause dry eye. Does not do any testing to confirm it's dry eye. - Dr. M***** starts telling me what the treatment is for dry eye (all while he's prepping to do said treatment) the treatment he suggests is eye plugs as he's going at me with it. I stop Dr. M***** and told him I think I will stick with eye drops because I'm not 100% convinced that I have dry eye especially beings I only have 1 symptom of dry eye and again I will say there was NO testing done for dry eye. - Dr. M***** seemed a little off put because he said I don't understand, your insurance covers it. Oh so you looked up what treatments my insurance covered before you ever saw me. So you knew going in that my insurance covered dry eye treatment and you were **** bend on treating me for dry eyes. I feel like you are up charging service to insurances for patients who don't even need that service. 3. My appointment was at 8:50am I did not leave until 11:30. Almost 3 hours and I saw the Dr for Maybe 10 minutes of that. I won't go back. WORST EXPERIENCE ever!!
