Talk about incredible and honest service. I needed to move a piano up three steps, everywhere else was way overpriced. The gentleman who answered the phone came out himself and lent a hand to save me some money, and if you knew what I was going through you’d know how much that helps me out. To me, whenever someone is honest l, out going, and dependable like that, that’s a rare trait to find in businesses today… they have earned my business for as long as I live in Murfreesboro. I have moved from Indiana to West Virginia with Murfreesboro movers and believe they were the best. In the past, I have moved from Chicago to Texas and from Texas to Kentucky and I believe my best moves were with Murfreesboro movers and I would recommend them to anyone and their prices are also lower Then any other moversMurfreesboro Movers

I have used this company multiple times through the years. I have always had great service. They have always taken great care of my belongings. The overwhelming majority of the items that I have had them move, are antiques. Never any damage. I highly recommend them.Review fromA. E.

The move was going smoothly until they broke two of our dressers. We had just bought them, so we submitted a claim to be reimbursed which was understandably denied. The solution was to repay a quarter of the cost of both dressers meaning we will have to come out of pocket significantly more to replace our furniture that the movers broke. I am extremely disappointed in the way this situation was handled and would recommend every one keep a close eye on their items when using Murfreesboro Movers. I will most certainly not be returning or recommending any one to Murfreesboro Movers.Murfreesboro Movers

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the solution to an uncovered damage. You accepted the terms of the contact which stated upfront that pressed and particle board items are not covered. When the movers picked up the dressers, they fell apart. It was obvious that they were not assembled properly. Had they been assembled properly, picking them up would not have damaged them. Even though they were not covered under insurance, we offered you standard valuation coverage and discounted that off of your invoice as a courtesy. It is standard practice among all moving companies not to cover pressed and particle board items. They are often overtightened when assembled and many times not built to last.A. E.

I understand that insurance does not cover the material of the dresser; however the dressers did not break when they were picked up. They broke after the movers dropped them down three flights of stairs. Regardless of the material, it is someone’s personal item that they are trusting you to move. As movers, you should be trained how to handle ALL items with care considering people are paying for you to do your job. I’m not asking any more from this company. I made a complaint because I am unhappy with the service I received. If you all can’t handle a customer complaint, I highly recommend a training in customer service for your employees. Nonetheless, the service we received was subpar. I am grateful to have shared my experience, and I hope you are satisfied with your response as well. All the best.Review fromMichelle L.
