We love Mattress Gallery direct. We have buying mattresses from this Great family owned business for many years. The owner goes to our church and is a great person. The sales team is always helpful and not pushy at all. The delivery team always shows up on time and is very respectful of the carpet. I'd give more stars if it were an option.Review fromMelissa P.

I purchased a new ******* mattress from Mattress Gallery. After the first three months, the mattress began sagging in the spot l lay, and l woke up with back pain. I added more wooden slats to my bed. I turned the mattress as directed. Mattress Gallery, exchanged the mattress. I had the same problem two more times. They warned me the third time to install a metal support so l did. I experienced the same sagging and back pain. The third time l was told there must be other issues and said they would not replace. I could go to the store and replace with another brand. I told them l will go to another store and find a mattress that l don’t have to constantly turn. I am an old person and it is too hard to turn a mattress.

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. The manufacture only allows one replacement under the warranty terms. Mattress Gallery Direct has replaced the product three times. Since the odds of having a problem four times is astronomical it was determined by the manufacturer to be an environmental issue such as improper bed frame or care of the mattress. The mattress does require rotation for proper care. If you would like to take us up on our offer of a partial credit towards any new mattress please contact us as soon as possible. Bought a mattress 7/3/23 and is going bad. Sagging real bad on both side and WAS a firm mattress. Have called return department 3 times in 2 weeks and they say they will call you back the next day. NEVER HAVE RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.Mattress Gallery Direct, LLC
