    I don’t even know where to begin. First, the service technician was sent soon after the call, and apparently had to replace two parts that had been replaced by A/C plus a couple of years ago. He was polite and called me to report what happened, but apparently did not see that parts were under warranty. I received the bill. Within an hour, the unit stopped working again, and they had him return the next day. It was a loose connection take caused the unit to shut down. He accepted full responsibility. Sadly, it was only 9 degrees that night, so waiting for the next day was difficult. Here is the real issue-before the situation was fixed, I got an email from Mr B*******, saying he was the owner, and asked for a good review. When I called him, he was very short with me stating that I needed to pay the bill that was due, and they were sending someone to fix it. I asked about my warranty, and he said it was expired a couple of months ago. I called the office and enquired the next day and found out I still had 9 months left, and yet I was charged for all parts that should have been covered. I felt something was different than in previous 9 years of service, and he said no, it was still owned by the same people. Not True! It had been sold. His second statement that was not true! I asked that my parts be warrantied and a new invoice issued. Twelve days later, no invoice, and I found out he needed to make the correction, but had not. I called again, at least twice, and pressed the issue, and received it on the third call. No warrantied parts listed, just a simple deduction, to save him time. I am waiting for a proper invoice with warranties listed for future reference. One very positive note- the rest of the office staff was polite, helpful, and did everything they could to help resolve my problem. My only issue was with the gentleman that apparently is general manager. A previously excellent company was a disappointment due to his actions.

    A/C Plus showed up when they said they would and fixed the strip heater breaker miss-wired by original contractor. Reasonable cost and Jason S******* (technician) was good to work with.

    We have been customers with A/C Plus for years. They have always been very professional and courteous. With their plans we have received excellent and expedited services with anything we have needed. We will always recommend them as a great company!
