Bruce R*** is an exceptional individual, both personally and professionally.
He is very knowledgeable of the products offered. I can always contact him if I have a question. If he can’t answer my question he gets the answer from someone who can. He always responds to me.
He is very patient when I don’t understand something and will continue to explain until I do understand.
