      Dallas and his team did an outstanding job. This is the 2nd location they have done for us and we were in a time crunch due to moving dates. He was able pull a crew together on 4 days notice and finish the project in time for our move. Highly recommend Guardian Garage Floors in Dallas if you want to make your garage floors look as good as the floors in your house.

      **** and his team worked 12 hours straight on our 4 car garage in 108 degree heat. They even added additional guys to ensure that they completed it in one day. They had to remove the original epoxy finish which had badly failed over time. They did a terrific job and the floor looks outstanding. From estimate to completion, with communication in between, was exemplary. I would not hesitate to use them again if I buy another house.

      I needed a 2 car garage and a 3 car garage floor done ASAP. These folks showed up the Saturday before Labor Day and 2 of them completed the project in 10 hr. They did an awesome job. Would recommend.

      Outstanding company and products! Had a garage floor, garage lower cinder block walls, and a back porch coated with their product. The job was done in two visits due to weather. The two teams were extremely professional and paid a lot of attention to detail to ensure that everything was done right and to my satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and their product to anyone!

      From start to finish, it was a unique pleasure working with Guardian Garage Floors. We had a no-pressure consultation explaining their products and process. They were very flexible in scheduling installation as we had to reschedule once due to our new home not being finished in time. Installation on our 2 car garage took less than a day and we could walk in it after 24 hours, although 48 hours is a better cure time before putting the cars in. The 2 installers were courteous, skillful and neat in performing the work.My wife and I both love the quality and look of the finished product. We also feel the price we paid was reasonable for a product that comes with a lifetime guarantee and is transferable. We highly recommend them if your looking to coat any cement surface with a product that is more durable and better looking than just epoxy.

      I have owned 12 houses all with projects of some type. This was by far the best experience ever! Guardian did everything they said they would do and delivered an on time project with fantastic results. The installers were early, extremely nice and worked hard until the floor was finished. I had tons of cracks in the floor.....................Gone! The initial sales person even suggested a highlight paint treatment to make all the colors pop. I have ordered the cabinets to finish off the project and cannot wait to see how they blend with the floor. I will admit that I am OCD and get caught up in the smallest details and I am VERY happy. It is obvious to me, Guardian cares about the results. Thank you Guardian!
