!!! SCAM ALERT!!! First off let me start out by saying the sales guy, whose name won’t be mentioned, was super nice and very humble. I was informed the car I was interested is was previously owned by one of the managers wives and she traded up and that’s how they got it. It was in excellent condition and very low miles for a five year old vehicle. I’ve been in my car for 10 years, used it as a work vehicle and it’s pretty run down so I needed something new that I could depend on now that I’m no longer in the same position of using my car for work. I checked my credit report before I came in, I Monitor it regularly. So I knew I had taken a point hit due to previous vehicle repairs a couple weeks ago I had put on my credit card. However, after test driving the car and asking to move forward with looking at their financing options, things took a turn. Up walks Luis P***, the ***** wanna be look alike sales manager. He informs me my credit score is over 100 points lower than it actually is. And that if I want financing, I’d have to come up with more money down and take the high interest finance offer. I told him that is not correct because here is my actual score I just pulled same day through same bureau. I had all three reported scores and fico was actually higher. He was just pulling ********, so I showed him my same score I had on ********. That’s when he got really offensive waving his hands around, insisting he was sympathetic to my “situation”. Why scam me? The car is straight profit for the dealership, because it was probably already a write off. But how can they turn an even bigger profit? Well lie to me and make me think my credit was worse than it is, demand more money down (cash) and then get the kick back from the finance coming on the high interest loan. I would just stay away from these fools, specifically Luis P***. I have pics and a the conversation recorded where he said he couldn’t provide proof of where he got my credit score.

The experience with this dealership was about as unprofessional and unethical as you can get. I worked with sales manager Austin W****. It started OK and after a couple questionable offer letters that didn't match what we had discussed verbally, we got it squared away and I put a $1K deposit down on a vehicle. I live out of state so booked a flight to come pick it up. 3 days before I'm scheduled to arrive, Austin calls and said the detailer backed it into the garage. He apologized and said they wouldn't be able to sell it since it would need to get repaired via insurance. Sounded a little odd, but I accepted it and asked for a refund on my deposit and compensation for my flight change fees. I also asked for photos of the damage. After a couple days of no photos, I get a call from the GM (Stephen W****) asking me to call him. I ask for a response in writing, and he admits the car wasn't damaged, they simply SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND LIED to get out of the transaction. While I hoped he would acknowledge the severity of how unethical this whole situation was, he simply chalked it up to a mistake and said we should move on. After multiple attempts at seeking further details about who authorized the lie and asking for reimbursement for my flight costs, Stephen W**** went silent, and no additional compensation was received. He said if I sent him a W-9, he could process a $500 refund; however, I wouldn’t be comfortable sharing my SSN that is on a W-9, and find it hard to believe they couldn’t issue a refund based on the flight receipts. In the end, I still don’t know if Austin made up the lie or was told to do so by Stephen/management. I also don’t know if they used my offer to sell it at a higher price to someone else or if it was truly accidental. In the end, the specifics probably don't matter, and I've accepted I probably won't be reimbursed my additional costs, but I hope my experience helps others who are considering buying from this dealership.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from a ***** dealership in Mt. Juliet Tn and had to have the Transmission fixed so The Dealership put a Ford Remanufactured Transmission in it that has a 3 years unlimited mileage on it. I picked up my Vehicle in June of 22 after the Ford Transmission was installed and we had driven it for 13 months and It went out on our way to my Wound care appointment in Smyrna so I got the warranty paper out and it said Tow it to the Nearest dealer so That was Ford of Murfreesboro costing us $165.00 tow bill. Ford of Murfreesboro knows that its under warranty and tells us it will be 6 weeks before they look at it. They finally look at it and says we deny the warranty because it wasn't programmed properly so they want $6000 to fix it. I have spoke to several mechanics and they are saying that's not the case because it won't move off the lot and that Ford of Murfreesboro should honor the warranty and fix it. They won't so now I am being forced to come pick it up or they will impound it and pay them for the diagnostic of $149.50. WE need help and I feel like Ford is just wanting money and won't fix the vehicle. The Service manager has said they will call the ***** dealership and they didn't and then he said he would call *** ****** **** about the Warranty since the transmission was purchased and that Ford dealership. I can not afford to have this vehicle towed all over the state of Tn to find someone cover the Warranty. I did my part and got my vehicle to the nearest Ford dealer from where I was stranded. We need help!!

The diag was accurate. They put the car back together in poor condition and even drained the battery. The advisor responded average but not as amazing as the last. I wish we would have gone over the warranty in more detail but we didn't, so I've paid close to 4k due to miscommunication, which naturally would put a dent into my expenses. Thankful to Ford for selling me a car that only lasted a little longer than 90k miles. Huge s/o for the financial assistance, that part I truly did love which I was informed by the advisor has still not processed but it sounds like you're doing a sub par job!

I am writing to share my recent experience with Ford of Murfreesboro, in the hope that my account will shed light on the challenges I faced and contribute to a better understanding of the dealership's practices. My encounter with this dealership centered around a cam phaser recall repair on my 2019 Ford F150 Raptor. The incident unfolded shortly after I received my vehicle back from the dealership. Upon starting the engine, I was greeted with alarming metallic banging noises that immediately raised concerns. My attempts to establish communication with my service representative, Alex C*******, went unanswered. Left with no other recourse, I had my vehicle towed to another Ford dealership. It was there that a diagnosis uncovered a disturbing revelation: an incorrect BR3X-6A340-A bolt had been installed during the recall repair. This seemingly minor oversight led to catastrophic engine failure, with the technician's notes detailing the extent of the damage caused by this negligent installation. The events that followed resulted in significant financial strain, with a repair cost of $7,284.43 and an engine replacement expense totaling $14,409.11. Additional towing fees further compounded the financial burden. The most concerning aspects of this experience is the lack of accountability demonstrated by the manager of Ford of Murfreesboro, Johnathon G****. He has yet to offer an apology for the inconvenience and hardships I have faced. This lack of acknowledgment and empathy has deeply affected my trust in the dealership's commitment to customer care. The lack of oversight and accountability revealed by this incident raises questions about the practices and standards upheld by Ford of Murfreesboro. It is my sincere hope that it serves as a call to action for the dealership to reevaluate its procedures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Their service department are cheats and crooks. I had a few recalls on my car that needed to be resolved one of the recall issues caused an issue with my tail lights, of course, I am not supposed to be charged for recall issues now before I went to them another mechanic hooked my car up to a diagnostic machine and told me the recall device was the problem and I had to take it to ford so I did I spent over 6 hours waiting on my car all for them to lie and say another part was the issue and I have to pay almost $300 smh I get the detail bill and the part cost $8.00 and the remainder was labor cost ** I definitely feel taken advantage of by the service department CHEATS & SCAMMERS DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!

The GM spoke to me unprofessional manner. At times he cussed at me. I bought 11/05/22. the vehicle was new to the lot and that it still needed to go to ****** for inspection. Before we proceeded with purchasing the vehicle, we were told that if anything showed up during inspection they would fix the vehicle. The vehicle I purchased was a ******. I test drove the vehicle. The vehicle drove perfect. No check engine light. I went back we told them we like the vehicle. We were told they were going to tow the vehicle to ****** for inspection. Days past no updates. After calling & being hung up on I finally was told that the vehicle was still at the dealership waiting for a tow. I waited a couple days. Called Was told the vehicle went to ****** & came back with a check engine light on. The mgr Eric said ****** put regular gas into my *** that's why the check engine light was on. Little did he know I had already spoken to ****** of Nashville when my husband went to go get his own ****** key serviced. We were told by ****** it was never inspected by them.I confronted mgr Eric about the vehicle not going to ****** & he finally told me Ford put the regular gas in my ***. He sent it local import shop 4 a mon. I got it back Wed b4 Thanksgiving. Engine light came on 3days later. I called Eric, He told me to bring jag back, he would give me a dealer car while my vehicle was being repaired. Days pass we were left in the dark about repairs. Ford forbid shop to discuss details about my vehicle with us.It was about a week before Christmas, they called me & told me to bring back the dealer car & GM would like to talk. Went to GM's office he told me that this was the first time he heard about issue. I advised him I got to enjoy my vehicle for 3days before the check engine light was on .He then starts telling me he is no longer authorizing any repairs on the vehicle because they shouldn't authorize repairs from the beginning. No accountability. GM did care.

I was very, very hesitant about bring my 2015 Ford Escape in for a recall. I read all of the negative reviews and I was definitely nervous. I tried to get an appointment at *** ****** Ford but it was very difficult getting an appointment with them. So I set up an appointment for the recall with Ford of Murfreesboro. I arrived 7:30 in the morning and drove directly to the reps for the recall. It was amazing. The service reps were very, very nice. Tanner M***, Service Advisor, got my car into the service system in lightning speed. My spirit told me I could trust him, so I asked for a tune up and oil change in addition to the recall. I was expecting the work to take all day, so they shuttled me home. They finished at 10:00 am. I was expecting the bill to be expensive and the work not done. Everything so far is perfect.
