      Beyond excellent. We called early this morning to report that our A/C was not cooling. Within a couple of hours, Anthony called to check on the problem. He came, assessed the situation, and offered a solution. There was a needed part to fix the problem, which he did not have on his truck, but he promised to be back this afternoon or tomorrow. About an hour later he called back to say that he had obtained exactly what was needed and was here, working on the unit in about 20 minutes. This business has not only quality service but extraordinary personnel. The lady who answered the phone At Fann's this morning told me what would happen in getting someone to check out the unit. As mentioned above, Anthony took care of us efficiently and effectively. Thank you Fann's.
