- Refund and exchange policies differ with each incident. It is our goal to leave a happy customer, no matter what. If there is damage, we will try to repair the damage. If we are unable to repair the damage then we will compensate for the damages. As stated in our contract, the industry standard is compensating for $0.60/lb of the damage item. However, with certain items weight does not determine its value. We will always do our part to make sure the customer is compensated fairly and is happy with the resolution.
