*** ******* purchased the engine back on 11/2/20. There is a 12-month unlimited mile warranty with all of our long and short blocks, including the 6.3 Powerstroke'R; I will provide warranty documents if you want them. .*** ******** sent his truck with a host of parts he purchased on his own for us to install. We helped him through a few issues early on. We haven't heard anything from *** ******* since May of 2021, when we addressed and helped him through some diagnostics. He stated he would sue us if I didn't pay him 25,000 dollars. His bullying tactics for payment are just that, BULLYING. His threats are something out of a mob movie. We last heard from *** ******** on 5/25/21; this email was sent this past weekend, 1/26/24; that's almost three years of NO correspondence! I'm here to help all my customers with any issue; check out my ****** reviews! I will listen to anyone, even *** ******** if he decides to call me so we can assist. This was my response to an online forum. After it was reviewed, it was immediately taken down. Five years have passed, and he started another barrage of emails. *** ******* Turned down numerous offers to assist him even though the company warranty had expired. *** ******** filed a meritless lawsuit against the company and individuals in Wilson County, necessitating the hiring of legal counsel and resulting expenditures for fees and costs. Then, he failed to appear in Court, a NO SHOW.. He has written what is most logically construed as threatening letters. He has defamed the Company on several industry media platforms. One such platform, upon reaching out to the Company, deleted his posts and blocked him from the site. I've been in business a long time and never seen anyone I couldn't help, if they truly wanted it. Regards,

I have been really disappointed with customer service from the beginning. Just kept getting worse as time went on. Then with the lack of quality on the engine built is just overwhelming! Engine had a incorrect sleeve installed on number 7 cylinder, rods that were apparently bent when engine was assembled because they had been rubbing the counter weight on the crank for some time. Pistons that were not de lipped although I paid for that to be done. Pushrods rubbing against the head gaskets. 8 valve guides that were worn out that were not replaced and also incorrect height on some of the valve stems. The list goes on and on. I seriously don’t see how they stay in business. Taking peoples money for a sub par product.

*** ****** has left out pertinent information. He purchased a long block with options, which was installed by his Independent shop in North Carolina on March 14 of this year. Four days later, on May 19, he brought his truck back to the installer because it was running rough. **** ***** and *** ***** decided to put a new set of injectors in to remedy the problem. He left on March 19th, drove 200 miles, and returned on March 25th because of fueling issues. They replaced the high-pressure fuel pump from ****, but they are still having issues with the starting, so they put in another set of injectors because cylinders # 1 and & 4 were leaking. His installer did all the tests, *** *****. The final result was confirmed that a piston was burnt and compromised the engine. It was NOT a long-block issue. This is not a warranty situation; the injectors caused it. After *** ***** had realized that this is NOT a warranty situation we had conversations and we decided to have the engine shipped back to me so we could go through it and help with a repair to try and minimize any expense. *** ***** never sent it back or called to say otherwise.A month goes by and Now he starts with the negative feedback and the allegations that our build was faulty and our customer service is suspect! This is ridiculous; check our reviews. This week, I sent three separate emails for him to call me to discuss how we can help him, but I was ignored. So here we are! If ** ***** had read his warranty documents, he would have realized that a fueling issue that causes a problem is not the fault of the builder and is not a warranty situation. The warranty also states that if you do not send the engine back to us for diagnosis and you take it upon yourself to tear it into, it will also void the warranty. If *** ***** wants to call me, I will try to help him in any way I can.
