      Please be careful with this company they came to my residence a towed my vehicles and stole my shoes and clothes out my vehicle n stop answering phone and blocked me so unprofessional like 900 worth of shoes an clothes n plus I had to pay 1000 to get my vehicles which was towed from my residence n told me it was a call in tow away n cldnt show proof of who called n Wgen the calle was made

      My sister live in theSE apt complex where they have towed her car more than 3 times plus neighbors say they witness the driver dropping her car. If you live anywhere trac 1 towing & recovery is towing cars move your car now because I fell they are targeting low poverty residence like section 8 apt or base on income ANY HUB BASE APT!!!!!!! I understand everyone has a job to do but if I been instructed (as they say they was) to remove someone car and I know they are residential I will have to at least knock on door to see baby whats going on cause Im here to get your car for the 5 time but instead they pass all the car parked in the fire lane to target her and this over and over!!!!! THAT ISNT RIGHT!!!!! THIS JUST DA RIGHT LOW DOWN NOW ITS THE RELATED HOUSING WANT THEM TO DO IT GAMES PPLS PLAY ??????? I WILL BE CONSULTING WITH AN ATTORNEY FOR MY SIS WHICH WE ALWAYS COMING TO GET OUT SIGNED A ANGRY BLACK SISTER ???

      Absolutely the worst service, or no service at all, imaginable, the woman dispatching the trucks refused to send a truck to me at all for some reason and took a major attitude with me and was calling me and hanging ** in my face while I was stranded on the side of the road for what became 7 plus hours, she should be fired, would never say that unless I really saw evidence to support that, I felt bullied by her

      A driver of this company damaged my car during a tow and the owner ************************* is refusing to pay for the damages. I called ******************* requesting service for tow flat tires on the driver side. The driver comes to with a tow truck which should have been a flat bed. Instead he tows my car with a regular tow truck with no support(dolly) on the back two wheels. Once we arrived to **************** from ***************** my back tire was completely shredded and gone! I have bumper damage, bent shock with a leak, bent rims and tire sensor gone! He refuses to provide his insurance information and the driver's information. He was rude and unprofessional from the first conversation when I called and reported the damage. He made the excuse that "this is just how he is." Now he is stating the damage happened when I got the flat, which he cant determine when he was not there and is not a an Adjuster from an insurance agency! Do not use this company! He claimed all he has is his word and would take care of the situation, but that attitude quickly changed when he couldn't throw me cash and pay for what he wanted like I was driving a scuffler. Now, I have to *** all involved because he refuses to stand on business and rectify the situation the proper way!
