    do NOT recommend this company. They lie, have garbage customer service, refuse to stand by their products and services while telling you they do. They claim to be a local small family business but they contract everything out. Any time I have had issues they try to sell me new products or tell me something has gone out or try to charge service charges when I am still under contract all so they can avoid accountability. They claim I haven't called in over a year but I have voicemails that PROVE otherwise and probably some emails, and text messages from their employees as well. So they just didn't care to put notes in the system properly to indicate I was having issues. Highly not recommend!!!

    Stop committing fraud on older people said they replaced 4 cameras at my mother's house charged her 3000 dollars and all they replaced was a VGA cable this is the one out of ****************** stop preying on older people very shady company

    I have been using Alarm Services Group for years now and I am beyond pleased with the products they offer and the services they provide. My wife and I cannot recommend Alarm Services Group enough! They will take care of your needs and you get to speak with a person almost immediately when you call their office. 5/5 stars!

    Situation was resolved and I received reimbursement for batteries and I have had awesome service and very polite conversations. I strongly recommend ASG to anyone looking for an alarm system.

    After several recommendations our company made the switch over to Alarm Services Group. They installed a complete new alarm system on all of our buildings. They answered our many questions with ease and professionalism. Every phone call, email and/or service appointment has been prompt and top notch. So thankful to have this company securing our business. I definitely recommend this company. Thank you ASG!

    Run !!! Once they get your business and money , then you are treated like garbage.. they talk to you very smart and cocky.... I'm paying for a system that is not working and I got to also pay ***** for them to come out and service their equipment... They were nice until they got my business... they told me that ***************** was the owner of the business, but they gave me Vivnt Home Security number , to call then for services .... I'm so disappointed and displeased...I had to do a lot of research to try to contact someone for help... I'm still wondering when or if I will get my door bell camera working and get my phone paired with it.

    ***************** sold us our system and I asked every question I could before signing that if we didnt like the system how could we get out of it. His exact words were sir Im the owner if you dont like the system Ill send my guys to come get it when I take him up on the offer he cusses me out. When I had a problem with my system and needed it fixed his exact words were kiss my a** fix it yourself. He has lied to us and pulled the wool over our eyes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Especially with the way he has treated a paying customer.
