    This company i terrible just because some credit score is not a high score this is not right for them to denial you if your rental history is A one plus. Just a way to make a quick dollar I will never pay another application fee. you all will forever have those homes for rent.Dont waste your time applying they just want your app fee.

    I have been with Cb property 3years I never had a major issue every since **************************** became over my account she been very helpful she always get the job done she the best hands down Any changes with the whereabouts she gone update you on everything and accommodate your needs thanks for your best and helpful at all times
