    2/10/23, ******* of Dream Life placed a custom glass order of a custom sized clear glass tempered unit to replace the glass damaged by a bullet hole at her business location of ******************************************. ******* placed a deposit of $199.09 at the time of order (as is our business practice). 2/14/23 ******* contacted me to state that when she originally ordered the glass, she did not know she was not responsible for replacing the glass and that the building owner (her Landlord) had replaced the glass. She then requested a refund of her deposit. I explained that it was a custom unit and no refund would be given. She replied with "I gave you the chance to refund the money, but you wouldn't do that. I'll just call my bank and have them handle it." My response to ******* was that "I'm a small business - her order was custom and I cannot use the glass I ordered on her behalf. I'd be stuck with the glass and have to pay for it."I've been notified by *******'s bank that her deposit of $199.09 was credited back to her. *******'s reason for disputing the charge was "Merchandise was not as described", rather than the truth, which was that ******* placed a custom order - experienced buyer's remorse, then decided not to pay for it. I do not recommend anyone do business with a business-owner who does not pay for what they order.

    I, the owner of Dream Life, did order a glass replacement I did in fact pay a deposit of $199 and was not told it was non refundable Per my lease, we are responsible for the glass replacement however, upon us moving out of the building, our landlord replaced the glass at his own cost after being notified we had ordered the glass. The glass company had told us they would call when the glass came in I called before the glass came in and attempted to cancel the order and receive a refund the young lady refused the refund I did dispute with our bank as item not received and the money has been refunded to us as we did. I simply asked for a refund for a service and item we never received. They refused and I disputed it with my bank You can not charge any one for anything they did not receive.
