  Very bad experience from this company. A random person walks to your door asking to inspect your home. I declined this service. The person went away all of which is recorded on my ring camera. Then I received a bill for $200 for the service that I had declined. Called customer service two times since the bill and they said they would cancel the bill and service. But received another bill today from PO Box # ***, **********, ********, Ph # ************.

  Our scheduling **** had called in early March to set a day to do the annual termite inspection and service, asking if a certain day would be good and to please call back if that day was not good. No call back noted in our files notes; From technician notes in file, he inspected the exterior of house about two weeks later, making a courtesy ant treat in the mulch areas. The owner called back about the inspection after she had not agreed to that day, and asked to cancel the service that was done and to cancel the contract, this information from notes in our files. I called stating we would remove the charge and could reinspect by a manager at later date. She said to cancel the annual termite contract which I agreed to do.

  Tried to cheat me on spraying for termites , had Ring camera show the pest control person only sprayed front flower bed, called the company and they said that was a free complimentary ant spaying. The pest control person left a bill for annual termite inspection and no activity seen and an amount due for $155. Thank goodness for Ring cameras around my house.

  I do not have ******************** in our customer list, nor did ************* send his address, phone or account number so we may locate what we did or did not do. Please identify so we may determine what we need to do to rectify his complaint. But, as a rule , the annual termite service is a renewal of the treated warranty, year to year, and our inspection as required by the ******* of ** is to determine if any termites are present or if any conducive conditions are there which might lead to future termite infestation. We cannot retreat every year as was done years ago due to the rewritten manufacture's labelling which by Federal law must be followed. If conditions are found which require treatment, we can treat specific areas and many time most companies will render a complimentary general pest treatment for ground beetles, ants, nuisance pests if found. I will be happy to visit ************* to explain these conditions.
