    We was given the wrong size tent that was way to small per our request. We ask for a tent with 6 round table that seats 8 people and a 16' x 8' stage. We confirm with associate ****** will the tent be big enough to fit these things underneath it. Her reply was yes it will be big enough. Then day before the event they came to setup the stage and the tent. That's when we found out that the tent was way to small for the stage and tables to go underneath it. The artist was hitting their head on the poles that supported the tent ceiling. He had to have all the performers to stay on the ground in front of the tent. We also was only able to some of the chairs and none of the tables underneath the tent. We call to file a complaint and request some of our money back. We was told that Mrs ****** denied the conversation about what we needed. Who gets a tent with tables and chairs and don't expect to be underneath the tent. The manager we spoke with was very rude with a "I don't care" type of attitude. We was also told by some of the employees that Install the equipment. That this same associate always making mistakes, but yet the management acts as though she don't. Just to keep from giving of some of our money back. This even after showing pictures that we was not able to utilize the stage and tent per our request. I don't recommend this company to anyone unless you know 100% what you need and the size you need, because apparently they just give you stuff and say it's good.
