      My son had a surgery day schedule for July 13 at 9:00am, and when I called on July 12 to see if I needed to prep him, they said that it was cancel. I asked them how and who canceled it because no one told me. They said that the ******* *********************** was on maternity leave and could not do it. I understand that the doctor went out on leave. That's not my problem. My problem is that no one told me in a timely matter. I really wanted him to have this surgery on his mouth before school start but that did not happen. I don't understand how you can cancel appointment without talking to someone first. Or at least leave a message or something. My thing is what would have happened if I just brought my son to his appointment without calling and trying to see what the prep time is? What then?
