    Darion Castleberry was very hostile and rude when I called to get a quote on carpet cleaning for a 3 bedroom, I saw on the website that they are "Best Pet Stain And ******************** In *******, **." Upon him answering the phone I explained that I needed to schedule a carpet cleaning for a 3 bedroom house, he then asked if I had pets, I said yes and he asked me to "explain the biome", I said I am not sure what you mean, he said there can be paw oils, urine, slabber, f**** I stated that neither of those are the reason I was calling to schedule services. He then stated that it was illegal to clean the home with cleaning supplies when the animal has been there. This was very contradictory to what is shown on the website. I asked him to explain he said I should find someone else. I then hung up. Concerned about the possibility of concerns I called back. ****** became irate and stated that I was a 'creep' and that carpet restoration is a seven figure job, that he does not have to explain anything because he doesn't like my attitude and does not feel comfortable bringing his expensive equipment to my house nor does he feel comfortable 'behind closed doors' with me, the so-called 'creep' . He then proceeded to tell me that he is certified and makes six figures so he really does not even have to bother with communicating with me. I have never seen someone who works in the service industry talk to anyone in this manner and I am extremely disappointed as I have worked in it myself and there is no amount of questions that would or should call for this type of behavior. Not sure how me asking for clarification and additional understanding makes me a 'creep' but nonetheless I would never advise any to call and inquire let alone request services from this poor example of a business.
