    Beautiful product Horrible Customer Service!! They do not stand behind their custom fit saddles. This is an email sent yesterday and Tgeir response. Good morning Ashlie, So it’s coming up on a 6 weeks since I sent my initial email.. I currently have tried even more pads of varying thicknesses from 1/4” to 1” none work. I also tried the saddle on my husbands horse and while not as bad still the same problem. Their shoulders are too wide the shoulder pushes the saddle back then bumps up against it.. I’ve taken the advice from many of the people on ** that ride these saddles none of which have helped. I’ve also been basically called an idiot for even ordering the saddle because they are designed for gated horses. I want something done here! I paid a lot of money for this saddle and waited ample time for it to be rite. I also gave you guys more than enough info on my horse to get the fit rite. *** ******  This was Their response: ***, after speaking with Eric and he has reviewed your photos again. After you've ridden more, he knows what is going on and wants to know if you want us to help you sell it? So after all this they want to know if I want help selling it. No apology for not getting it rite or offering to fix it. Let’s just offer to sell it for me I’m sure with a healthy consignment cost too! So for all my horse people in the world please please be cautious!!
