    Absolute garbage all around, from quality to customer service. They do not stand behind the quality of their product. I purchased King size thru ****** for master bedroom. After only 4 months of use it started falling apart (not even washed yet). The threads at seams pulling all over which caused bunching. Comforter will not lay flat. Threads coming unstitched. I contacted Customer Service, explained issue and sent pics. First told me b/c I didn’t purchase directly from them nothing they could do. Are you freaking kidding me? It is still their product! Second, told me the bunching happens and to pull the comforter to flatten out. Really?!? Duh!! I’m not an idiot. I tried that before contacting them. Third, they completely ignored the issue of the threads coming unstitched. I got nowhere fast. Obviously this company is fully aware of their over priced, crap product; otherwise I would have received a different response. In addition, it states can be machine washed, but unless you have a commercial machine there’s no way. Now I have an added expense of professional cleaning. This is the first company I have ever come across that wouldn’t help me b/c I didn’t buy directly and to tell me the poor quality is what happens. I’ve been a Director of Customer Service for over 15yrs at a very large mfg company and I’m appalled. If anyone on my team ever responded to a customer like this there would be disciplinary action. I have purchased comforters at a fraction of the cost which have lasted through years of use by my kids, month after month of washing and never came undone or showed any signs of falling apart. Save your money. Don’t support a company who could care less about their customer’s satisfaction. Don’t be fooled by the reviews on their website. Check other sites. Lots of people with same issues. They didn’t just lose me as a customer, they lost everyone I know and hopefully I reach more people with this review.
