    This is the last time I order from this website. I have used this site many times throughout the years and they continuously disappoint with their falsely advertised shipping.

    They offered a 15% discount code if I gave them my contact info, before I even purchased anything. I put 2 items into my card, proceeded to checkout, but when I tried to use the discount code I was informed it was "not valid for this order". Fortunately I had not yet given any credit card information. This site seems like a scam.

    Terrible customer service. Will not use company again. Paid for faster shipping. product was still late. I requested for the $12 shipping cost to be refunded. I was outright refused and basically told it wasn't their problem. Absolutely doesn't care about their customer.

    Poor customer service. False Advertising. Went to use a coupon code (WILL20 - 20% order) then realized if I placed the order the shipment was expected to be delivered while I was out of state for the weekend. As I didn't want the order sitting by my front door while I was out of state I waited 2 days, went back to place the order and the code was deactivated :( I then signed up for their email list and got an email which had a new coupon code (SUNNY15 - 15% order *NO EXCLUSIONS LISTED). Despite it being less of a discount I went to place an order and the code would not work. I sent them an email, got a phone call from a rep who stated the new code could not be used on my order even though I was attempting to order the product which was displayed on the email (which contained the SUNNY15 code). Overall poor customer service as the rep on the phone attempted to lie to me stating the products have gone on a "multi bottle sale" which is complete rubbish as the multi bottle price has been the same for weeks and the original WILL20 code worked. Very Dissatisfied.
