    I just had an HVAC unit replaced today by General Aire and they did an incredible job. This was a warranty claim through ***** **** **********. In the beginning working with ***** (the warranty company) was a nightmare and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Luckily, we got connected with Karen at General Aire and she was incredible. She got me directly in touch with someone at ***** and she was able to get us a brand new unit. It has been in the mid 90s every day and absolutely miserable outside. None of this would be possible without her. She kept us updated every day and got us our unit quickly. I went online and read the reviews for General Aire and honestly I got nervous. I called Karen and told her why I was concerned but she assured me that they have been doing this a very long time and they would take care of us and they really did. It's unfair that most of the people who write reviews are usually trying to hurt a company so I wanted to make sure I left a good one. If you're out there and unsure I can vouch that this is a great company with great people who do fantastic work. General Aire has been a blessing and now we have AC in the hottest summer months. Thank you guys!
