    This Co. Tow my grandson vehicle last month by dragging it on my concrete driveway. This made drag marks 5 feet on my driveway. Call the business informing them of the matter and they ask me to send pictures showing drag marks which I did. They then inform me that they would have to get with the driver on the matter and get back with me in 10 days. So, 15 days past and didn't hear anything from them so I call to check on the status. Spoke with Shawna and she ask me if I had taken a picture of the tow truck. Inform her I was not at home doing the time and new it was there towing company because the finance company that finance the vehicle had given me there phone number to contact because there was personal property inside the vehicle that needed to be taken out. So we went to location to retrieve personal property. Therefore we new this was the towing Co. She was very nasty with a bad attitude, nothing professional about them. Upon talking to her, she hung up the phone on me. Please Do your business a favor and do not let Assets Towing Recovery do any towing for you. Because you may be out of more money then you plan. They're a ghetto business with ghetto employees working for them

    Highly rude and unprofessional.
    Trash business and trash people behind the business. They came and repossessed my vehicle, they got a release paper from my financial company not even 30 minutes of me making my payment. However, they TABITHA or whoever else stated that they had not received it which in fact they did!! Day 2, I make an appointment online and they say that they still have not received the release form which was another lie within itself, so I call my bank once again, to confirm that they sent the proper documentation, and it was successfully confirmed!!! However, due to the ran down organization that they operate they somehow close at 12pm and and NEVER CONFIRMED MY APPOINTMENT FROM the get go, and never seemed to want to release my car in the first place. When expressing my displeasure, I was confronted with attitude as well as a suggestion to get my car another day when EVERYTHING HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL THE very FIRSR DAY THEY CAME AND GOT IT!! WOULD NOT recommend, and I understand why they have the reviewing that they have. Pathetic!
