  Took my rv here to have insurance come estimate damages I asked them to remove refrigerator so adjuster could come look at damage I let them know that morning that he was a hour out she said I will have refrigerator removed upon him going there the refrigerator was not removed just pulled forward a few inches so then I stopped by there and asked them what was the damage guy went out climbing on top said yes vent is damaged that’s where ur water came from so I said ok we need replace that vent and board underneath refrigerator and estimate on all water damage for insurance they probably on spent 10 minutes tops on anything a week and half later still nothing done so I said just hook refrigerator back up I’m gonna pick up the rv I get there my bill is $443.31 which I was very upset never got a actual quote of anything so I paid for what actually nothing then I ask her since they unhook gas did they make sure there was not leak and it was all working nope they didn’t then had to wait for them to pull it up front and check it then was told oh we will call u with estimates still never got nothing so definitely will never go back here definitely would like owner information of this business because this is very unprofessional!

  I had planned on purchasing a used RV here about a month ago and put down a $200 deposit. I decided to get an inspection and when that was completed decided not to buy due to the condition. I was sent an email by Ricky telling me that I would get my deposit back but four weeks later and I still haven’t received it. He told me he would get with accounting but no further communication from him and none from them either. I had planned on going back in to see him in early to mid September to purchase a new camper but that is never going to happen now and I will be going elsewhere. I will not be recommending this place to anyone either. Do not give this company a deposit unless you have in writing you will get your money back. Luckily I have in writing from Ricky that I would get it back since now it looks like I am going to have to go through legal channels to get my money back.

  Do not waste your time with this dealership! One, maybe two people, can’t make up for all the others there who do not value the customer and their satisfaction! We made multiple trips to this dealership to get warranty work done on a camper we just bought from there 2 months prior. No one would call with updates, we had to initiate all communication with their service dept. After three trips there for the same problem within 60 days of purchase, all warranty issues, we voiced our dissatisfaction just to have the general manager call us three days later and tell us they REFUSE to work on our camper due to the comments we made about our dissatisfaction with their staff. Basically parked our camper out at the road and told us to come get it! Will definitely be reporting them to the manufacturer and not recommending anyone to them in the future!
