    I've had a terrible experience with this company. I've done business with them for two years, They promised to call before coming out and never did. The tech come out without calling and sprayed my shrubs and lawn only two hours after the lawn had been core aerated and reseeded. Complaints were diverted to a "manager" who called over a week later and said "just don't worry about it." I then called the customer service line and told them to discontinue all service. The techs have been out twice since .and they have sent invoices. I again called the customer service and asked for a manager. The customer service person said there is a note on my account not to go, but obviously that was not communicated to the tech. I know the tech was there because I have video footage of him on my ring. Again I asked for a manager to call. I received a brief rather snarky email saying my account was closed.
    All in all it has been a very bad experience, ON top of it all the mosquitos were as bad as ever this year with no discernable benefit from the service.

    ***** at bug busters in kodak TN. He said he would make sure my house was treated for bugs. He has been coming every month for the past two years. I was also paying every time he came out. He would also not show up most of the time. My house is still the condition the was when he first come out 2 years ago. He said it would be guarantee on getting my house bug free. He lied. My. house is not bug free. I asked for my money back and he still has not called me back. if I can leave less starts I would. 0 starts.

    Hi destiny I pulled up your records. We have done 10 services in 27 months. Not exactly a consistent schedule to get rid of your bed bugs and roaches. Mainly the reason why there was no consistency is because your problem was resolved for months until the pest were reintroduced to your home. Pest control is a two way street and chemical can go only so far without help from the other party. Also u Carried a balance for many months including currently owing as of this moment. Good luck in your future endeavors

    Unfortunately Bug Busters kept canceling and one of their guys even told me that he was two hours away the day that I was supposed to have someone and he wasn't gonna be able to make it because he wasn't allowed to get overtime. The bedbugs and roaches were still never taken care of from the beginning. They were not brought back in as you're stating they were. And as far as my balance goes I have never received an invoice and if you would care to get back to me regarding the money that was paid for the services that were never finished. You can just take that out of the original payment. Like I said I have never had this problem anywhere else I have lived. And I have also talked to other pest control companies that tell me completely different things than you have told me one of them that you worked there in the past. And I have texted you multiple times and I've never gotten a response or call back 99.9% of the time. You did tell me that this was gonna be a guarantee money back and unfortunately that's not the case. Thanks.
