    I have so much evidence of their fraudulent billing and sales practices. If there is an issue they send someone up charge you a service fee then every time the system is no longer working. They told me they were bringing in new monitor to see which cameras were working. They informed us and then get we agreed to 3 new cameras. They said the cameras would run through the dvr at the cabin. Later We get a bill for almost $2k for more cameras, DVR, a new monitor. We were never told this was being installed at an additional cost to the cameras. We were never even sent a estimate for all that equipment. The only estimate we agreed to was half the cost. I spoke to the owner Matt he apologized for the poor handling of the situation. Ken **** threatened to come to our cabin without permission and yank the equipment out. I told them fine we will pay it but even the owner agreed it was completely unacceptable . He agreed to break it up in the monthly bill. The office manager Debbie ******** did not set it up right and has made so many billing errors on our account. The system is constantly malfunctioning.
    I would run as far as you can from the company. One of the most crooked contractors I have dealt with in the Smoky Mountains and that’s saying a lot
