I work for Stonemill Log Homes and on March 9th my boss hit a power line with the crane and I was touching the bed of the crane and was electrocuted thru one arm and in my other hand was a huge metal clevis hook and the power arched between my hand and the crane bed and and my mouth tasted like metal and my nose smells like metal. The power company had to come and turn the grid back on as it blew out the street. The next day they sent me to their workmans comp place but they would not see me as an electrocuted person needing to go to the ER. I went to the ER for 6 hours and the dr said I had full body soft tissue damage. My lungs were inflamed and hard to breathe so they gave me multiple prescriptions for that. My eyes are constantly jumping around my head and I have a concussion headache. He said I need to see Physical therapy and a neurologist and a heart dr and a vision test. Then workmans comp tried finding me one of their dr's but couldn't and i got consistently worse and went back to the ER for another 6 hours and the dr said all the same things I need to go to a lot of dr.s. Finally I went into workmans comp to see the nurse and she pretty much said all the same thing. I need to see many Drs and set myself up with some. I called my workmans comp person and they said all my appointments had been cancelled and my case is being handed off to someone else who denied me to see Drs or do anything at all. There I was needing to see Dr.s being told by two ER Dr's and a nurse and no one would see me.It has now been months with them not giving me a dime for months of no work or thousand and thousands of dollars of dr visits. I then turned them into TN OSHA and Stone Mill Log homes got fined $4050 and Creekside Construction the other company they own who owns the crane got fines of $17,200
