    Steve was a pleasure to work with from the very first phone call. He came to the house to look at my basement and discuss the project the day after I called him and was on time. Unfortunately I came down with something and he ended up meeting with my wife. Steve is very knowledgeable about radon mitigation and he asked us a few questions that I needed to talk with my builder about. I also wanted to get three bids for the work. Once I had all the information Steve gave me a quote and explained in detail what he would do. I still had a few questions and Steve happily came back to the house a second time to go over everything with me. He ended up performing the work when he said he would and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Steve for any radon mitigation work. He couldn’t have been better from start to finish!

    We recently purchased a home in Johnson City. We were informed after the home inspection that we had high levels of Radon gas in the basement. Our realtor suggested Steve Forbes to take care of the problem and she couldn’t have been more right. Steve showed up on time and installed a mitigation system in one day. It was not an easy job but Steve and his crew installed it and we couldn’t be happier. The price is right and I would highly recommend him.

    Steve Forbes Radon Services did a good job for me. I wish I had found him before I paid someone else to do the testing. His price for testing is lower than others and if remediation is required, he deducts the cost of the testing. I was very happy with his service. Prior to the remediation, my home was testing at an average of 16 with a high of 22. Numbers should be below 4. I am now at 1.2. Great job. I would recommend his services.
