    I have been dealing with ServPro for 9 months now over a tree that fell into my home and did extensive damage. The work is still not completed and I either don't get any answers at all about when the work is going to be completed or I'm given completely different answers, depending on whom I'm talking to. The damage is my living room and dining room. I've had to close off this whole area of my house. They have everything that was in these rooms in a huge storage unit in the middle of my driveway. The company has caused me tremendous stress and it's ongoing EVERY DAY! I want the job finished and this company out of my life. I would not recommend them to ANYONE! Trust me, it's a complete nightmare!

    We sincerely apologize for any stress we have caused you. We take complaints very seriously and strive to keep our customers happy. We received this claim on 9/26/2023. Per the loss information listed the date of loss was 7/29/2023. We could not reach the contact listed for several days and even had to ask the adjuster for further instructions. We had many delays beyond our control such as, the adjuster requesting an estimate before the start of work, samples being taken to test for asbestos, and we had to schedule to have a storage container placed. By the time everything was approved it was 11/2/2023 when we started the mitigation portion. The reconstruction team informed everyone upfront they were 10-12 weeks out. They didn’t get started until week 13 due to the snow we had in January. When the storage container company picked up the storage unit they caused damage to the guttering. We are aware of the issue and have informed everyone involved we will take care of it. We have tried to be helpful and answer any questions and address any concerns throughout the process. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused and any stress incurred.
