This company bought out *** ************* ******* in 2024. Apparently, they think they are assuming all customer contracts that were previously with Ace. As a consumer, I think we should have been notified of this and given the option to stay with them and sign a new contract. The contract with *** shouldn't automatically be taken over by Lookout. Regardless of that, they sent someone out they said to do a Termite Inspection without any notification. They did leave a card in our front door. They said that they did an inspection and wanted us to pay $179 for this service. *** would always email and set up an appointment prior to coming out for the inspection. They were courteous and professional. Because we have a basement and a garage they would come inside and also inspect. If we didn't do an inspection, then our contract became void. We were with *** for many, many years; enjoyed and trusted them. When we saw the Lookout business card in our doorway, we assumed that they were stopping by to introduce themself. Shortly after that they started emailing invoices. They said they did an inspection without our knowledge and expected payment. They didn't let us know they were coming and after checking our cameras we didn't even see where they did any inspection except for knocking on our door. I told the lady at Lookout that was emailing me this and she now has another lady emailing me the invoice. I feel totally harassed by this company and wouldn't use them now if they would have done the right thing and set up an appointment. Since they didn't do anything, I refuse to pay the invoice.Review fromAnne D

ACE Exterminating has provided excellent pest and insect control for our bar and restaurant business for decades. They are very reliable and customer oriented. They are great to work with and I highly recommend them.
