So I had to call and talk to several sales people, and finally after chasing them got to the *** ******* ***** with several emails got to an agreed upon price and worked out the deal. Also, gave a deposit. Well, it took so long, spring is here, and they probably sold it to someone else for more because I beat them up a whole 4K, not much on 6 figure RV. I was paying cash, maybe that bad now a days, and despite numerous emails they would not honor the written price with my deposit, and said they loosing so much money on the deal. Yet others have ones for less. You need to sell it, but I have no respect for the lies and dishonesty.

Elder Financial Exploitation. Took full advantage of my father while he was in a dementia crisis. I have POA of all my dads financial assets and other general ***. Company has denied me copy of application because a woman was with my dad answering questions for him. He is and was incapable of understanding what he was signing. Hes 68 and they have signed a $40k RV for 216 payment at $580. Thats 18 years. An RV doesnt last that long and neither will my dad. They had to of seen and acknowledged his condition but yet sold him this RV knowing he was too fragile and poor to deal with it.

I purchased what I thought was a brand new camper (R-Pod 192) from A&L RV on August 22, 2022. After bringing it home, it had rained all the next day. My wife went into the camper and found water had pooled up on the counter top until it was overflowing onto the floor. I called the dealership and was told to take it to another dealership closer to my home so it could be repaired. The dealer found extensive water damage from 7 months of rain while the camper sat on their lot waiting to be sold to an unsuspecting buyer (me). I've requested that A&L take back ownership of the camper for a full refund. But A&L claims it falls under the manufacturer warranty, and has only offered to have the other dealership repair the damage, claiming they do not think the water damage is that bad. Even though they've only seen pictures. Meanwhile, A&L will not return emails or phone calls, and have not authorized any repairs since the I dropped the camper off at the other dealership, who by the way is not affiliated with A&L. I have to assume this issue will find its way into a court of law. Such a disappointing experience.
