"This business sold me a collectible doll was having issues with shipping at first which they answered my first call then started ignoring me the second and third call then I finally the shipping confirmation from the shop app for doll after waitingThe doll was delivered and stolen I have it on camera II reached out to post Carrier and was told the item which was around 500$ was not insured and nothing could be doneReached out through call multiple times to this company emailed themAnd still have not received a replacement or call or emailTried to go through the credit card company and they said because it says delivered there was nothing the could doSo now I’m out all this money and couldn’t give the gift for Christmas"
