    This complaint was for Aspen Dental. They have had my EOBs since March 20, but give me the run around every time I call about why they are trying to charge more than the contracted rates and when they will adjust the bill. They can't give me a timeline on will it be adjusted even with "escalating the ticket".to know how you got my current address (I didn't have the address to give to you when I spoke to you in March 2023 to cancel services). If needed, I can provide another copy of my EOBs.Additionally, if y'all attempt to send this to collections, I will file suit against you for breach of contract, HIPPA violations, and the associated fees to repair credit that you damage. I will also file complaints with 4 states (**, **, **, and **) for your billing practices and faulty work ( I had to have two things redone in ** with another provider). TX is the state I am being billed in, ** is where services occured, ** is where my insurance company is, and ** is the state you are billing me from. I consent to HIPPA information to be provided to BBB for the sole purpose of listing services complete.
