I am rejecting this response because:
This company needs to full fill their obligation which is written from them in a contract to me saying that they will refund my money which is owed to me after taking out 20 % percentage their words. This company stopped paying me my money and stopped responding to me for months. months I text called and emailed with no response this is how this company does business and that's why I contacted the Better Business Bureau because I don't want to see other honest customers have to deal with this company

Company states they will not be refunding any money and that the State of New York does indeed allow these log homes. Company's attorney states the customer needs to fulfill his obligations and that his material is ready to ship when they receive the remainder of the payment. The customer has paid for half of his product. The company is willing to ship half the product which is what the customer paid for.
