      If there is a holiday, you will have to wait till the next week for service. For one-day holidays, that's two weeks of trash built up before they come. Very unhappy.

      Trash service that is actually trash. They've only picked up my can once since I've started the service and have missed an entire week now. I get that there was bad weather that delayed it a day, but they didn't even come for the regular service a week later now and when you call they always say it will be today the last 7 **** days. Unacceptable for an essential service especially with higher than average prices. They also rarely answer the phone when you call, have no website and if you leave a message they never call you back

      I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE THIS BUSINESS 1 STAR. THEY DESERVE 0 STARS. THEY WANT YOU TO PAY THEM BUT THEY DON'T WANT TO DELIVER SERVICE AS THEY SHOULD. THEY WANT TO TELL ME ABOUT THEIR EQUIPMENT BEING OUT OF SERVICE AND MISSED 3 WEEKS GETTING MY TRASH AND DID NOT WANT TO COVER THE 3 WEEKS THEY MISSED. I CAN'T JUST GIVE THEM MONEY. CHANGING TRASH PICK UP COMPANIES AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. NASTY ATTITUDES WHEN YOU TRY AND TALK TO THEM. NOT PAYING THEM ANYMORE. BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 10 YEARS, THIS LAST YEAR 2021, AND 2022 HAS BEEN HORRIBLE. PRACTICE CUSTOMER SEVICE. IT BAD TO LOSE A STEADY PAYING CUSTOMER OVER NEGLECTION.

      I paid for service 6 months in advance, this company did not tell me when they would not be servicing me, for 3 months straight they only empitied my trash once in a month, they are now permantly closed and I am left with a bin full of trash that they have not empitied. I called them several times to try and talk with them about this matter and all they said was they would look into it and call me back for which I have never received that call back and now they are closed with my money.
