I called *** ****** with Alpha Wildlife when I discovered a live raccoon under my hood while filling up washer fluid at a local gas station. *** arrived in less than 20 minutes. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and was prepared with the right tools & professional. Being in the customer service industry my whole life I appreciate it when someone does their job well & takes care of customer. Not only was he able to remove the **** and relocate safely, during the process he communicated with patrons of the gas station to make sure they were safe & aware. Alpha Wildlife, *** ****** is now *** The Man ****** to me. Hes a great asset to a great company! *** never had to use this type service but Im thankful for your business!

This company is very good and thorough. *** ****** was the technician that found a nest of 4 raccoons and trapped 2 adults. They release them into the wild. Recently I thought I heard something in my attic and *** was there within the hour. He inspected the exterior and found no evidence of critter entry. *** did a fantastic job removing a huge (and messy) buck from our yard. He was courteous, responsive, had integrity and a high work ethic, and completed the job leaving nothing behind. Although this is a very unglamorous occupation, *** takes pride in his work and ensures it's done efficiently. Went through two employees assigned to me and ************* were left in my attic. The employees were great to talk to but the follow-up and prioritization was not there. Disappointed that my issue was never resolved and received no responses from phone calls. Spent alot of money without the results I expected.Review fromTonya K

The owners of Alpha Wildlife insure that all employees are trained in how to properly and humanely remove a long list of animals. While performing a free estimate on how the animals will be removed, they insure the homeowners are shown why the problem exists and how to prevent a second animal issue from happening in the future.Review fromderek s
