      I get constant spam emails from forged email addresses for this company. I've never given them my email address, never wished to do business with them and find it detestable that they offer no opt-out option and fill my inbox with their regular spam. Even if they claim it's not them but some 3rd-party marketing team, they are still fully responsible and engage in disgusting violation of US laws.

      I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of care and integrity this company has. I was sold a prepaid package for the season for $400 which the salesman who came to my door said was about once a month. Everything was fine until suddenly a year later I am automatically renewed again and being charged without my consent. I called to figure out what was going on and the lady in the phone was very unprofessional and when I tried to ask her multiple questions about why this was happening she was getting defensive and her tone was annoyed and she had no shame and hung up the phone on me. I cannot believe TRUGreen would charge me without asking me if I want to renew AND how can the customer care have noooooo experience with treating a customer with respect. I will NEVER refer my neighbors to this company. The only way to make this right is to refund my month that was charged WITHOUT my consent and train employees at the call center how to properly take care of customers.

      Received a 258 dollar bill for lawn services not delivered, i was home all afternoon when the technician was supposedly providing the service, there was no fertilizer applied, no tracks in the grass showing their presence and I was outside working on my pool and boat when they were supposedly here. They placed a tru green lawn pesticide warning at the end of the driveway, but did not apply and product.

      on 5/15/2025 they were spraying the house across the street from me in 15 MPH winds with gusts to 45 MPH. How much of that spray do you think came into my window, landed on my flower beds, or vegtable garden. I doubt their license allows them to spray in whatever environmental conditions they choose. I saw ZERO consideration for neighboring properties. All the *** said to me was "just doing my job." Well, he was doing it WRONG and endangering people and other property.

      I was provided a quote and when I called back to secure the quote, the price went up. The main issue was that I wanted my flowerbeds treated and the representative said that was not an option. I told her I then would need to go with another company. She said to just ask the technician to treat the beds when they come out. I said if there was not a guarantee I would need to move forward with working with another company or find a way to guarantee the flower bed treatment. They then told me just to tell the technician, again. I said I had issues if it was not guaranteed and they immediately hung up on me.

      i already canceled their service since last year. But from now on where, they start charge me for this year over 3 month. We call them, they toll me they couldnt refund me last 2 month. And they will stop charging me, guess that was ********, because they are still charge me. We already canceled it, they have no right to charge me without my permission. This company is a scam.

      What they say to get contract is not what they do after they get it.Tried resolving thru area manager in the end he hung up on me.Not professional at all. It appears this happens frequently as when I cancelled they didn't seem to care.

      Their staff does not actually cover the entire area. On my first treatment, they spent less than 15 minutes and just left. Honestly this company feels like a giant scam! Do not use them!

      I have received calls 2-3 times a day from multiple different phone numbers. Im not even a customer. I requested an online quote, turns out its over the phone and they wont stop harassing me. I requested to opt out days ago and they keep calling. I block one number and they call off of another. I left a 1 star on ******, and was told to email them. I did just that to which they responded and said it would take up to 30 days for the calls to stop.

      A request was sent for someone to come out and remeasure. No one came.?I called again. I was told the same thing again.?No one called to tell me when they were coming to measure. They waited for the next service to spray. They came, they let, they said nothing. I called back again to find out why they sprayed, while we are still waiting on the measurement. The *** that I spoke with (***) said, the guy was out there and there is no need to measure again. I asked how can that be true, and that none at my house was spoken to or communicated with. When I explained the situation, *** proceeded to tell me he had special equipment to see through the tree line and could see my entire yard. He then told me that it is a lawn service and that he would subtract my driveway and my walkway which I found insulting. I didnt call TrueGreen to fertilize my driveway and my walkway which way. Im not an idiot. Then asked how he tell me he can see my entire yard, that he has special equipment, yet he cant see that my property has 3 decks on it and 5 trees over 100 years old, and a **** the size of a tree as well. Do they need fertilizing too? The further we got into the phone call, the more we both were frustrated and *** sets up and phone call from a manager. Then says, now look, wasnt that easy? Disbelief, f it were that easy why am I frustrated and jumping through hoops just to get?Some security about the money weve spent for the services TrueGreen Provides. This is a very unfortunate experience. I was excited about it all. My wife and I are now turned away and have no trust in the company. And as anyone can see from the recipe that was left on the door, there is no word or mention of remeasure, speaking with the landowner, etc. nothing.There is much more, and not enough characters to explain it all unfortunately.
