    I ordered the Mauser style grip on 5/27/24 after fully acknowledging the pop up that states a 12 week order time when you first go to website. I have made (6) attempts to contact the seller after the 12 weeks were up. (4) via his email on the website & (2) times on a phone # I found on the internet (based on a search of where the business is located and the person living at that address) I am almost 11 months now & have not heard ONE SINGLE WORD about ANYTHING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! He is a fraud & I doubt he is a veteran (as stated on his website) PS - He even raised the price of the item I bought $4 since i bought it! SO he obviously is alive & well & still presenting his business as legit. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

    I made an order of a stock, grip, and foregrip from this business on August 25th 2023. Not only have I never received my order over a year later, but my emails regarding the cancelation of the order and a refund have been ignored. I'm out $283.85 over this. I am disappointed in Onie's conduct both as a business owner and as a person.

    10 Week lead time? **** I've been waiting over 80 weeks (Yes, 'eighty', its been well over a year) and he refuses to give me a refund or even respond to emails. I'm convinced all the positive reviews are fake. Its funny how Onie can find the time to make fake reviews and reply to them (within 2 days) but can't even reply to actual customers just wanting what they ordered or their money back.

    Placed order April 2023 sent a follow up email and got some generic excuse and have sent multiple emails and nothing in return. Stupid on my part for waiting to long to file a claim. 250$ down the drain. “Veteran owned and operated” that needs to be removed cause honesty and integrity is lost with this company

    They make an exceptionally well crafted product. The lead time is pretty long but I felt it was worth the wait in the end. I hope they continue to come out with new products and grow so they can shorten the wait time. All in all, I would recommend.

    Placed a $100 order on 2/29/24 with aprox 12 week delivery. As of 7/22/24 Have sent several emails to the email listing in the order. with no response.

    Placed an order on 03/08/2023 for $65.09. Order shipped 06/23/2023.
    Placed an order on 06/26/2023 for $40.59. Order shipped 11/29/2023.
    Placed an order on 10/12/2023 for $32.59. Order never shipped. Site will not respond to me.
    Placed an order on 01/29/2024 for $143.24. Order never shipped. Site will not respond to me.
    I was very pleased with the 1st two orders. I thought maybe the guy running the site had died and that was why he suddenly stopped responding to me, but apparently he just only ships items whenever he feels like doing so.
    My credit card company managed to refund me the big order because I opened a dispute in time. But looks like I'm out of luck on $32.59 since it was over 120 days since I'd purchased for the 3rd order. I'll never do business with this site again and I suggest nobody else does either. Great product, but judging by these comments you are really rolling the dice.
