    We took over the contract for the propane tank lease when we moved in 4 years ago; when we started construction on a fence on the property, we called All Propane and they assured us that it was no problem - and that yes, they would give us a call before coming by because we now have horses on the property. Repeatedly, they failed to call, and failed to call me back when I called for service or with questions. The drivers were (mostly) nice, but clearly not getting the right information from the main office about each account. But, they delivered propane when we needed it, and the fence seemed to pose no problem. About a month ago, after calling several weeks in a row for a propane fill, they sent someone directly to my house (again, not calling). The driver they sent was not there to do the fill we needed - instead, he was apparently there to be rude and intimidate us while telling us that the fence was an issue, and we could either add a pedestrian gate exactly where they wanted it, or take the entire horse fence down so they could deliver propane. As the driver explained, they did not want to deliver because they would have to walk about 50 feet to another gate, open it, then pull the hose to the back of the property. They would rather pull the hose through a gate we create especially for them because, apparently, this walking was just too much to take. This, after pounding on my door first thing in the morning. The driver they sent to deliver the message was first nasty and rude to my mother, then to me and my husband when we were surprised by this sudden change and lack of communication from the company. Rather than deal with a company with such lack of integrity (we were at less than 10% propane - I first started calling them at 60% and they just ignored me over and over again). To leave a customer without any way to get what they need after contracting for years and the treatment we received was just unacceptable. I tried several times to call the owner, but
