    Picked up my 1 Ton High Country Duramax after paying $1200 in maintenance only to find GREASE ALL over the headliner and both visors. Spent several hours cleaning the grease. My invoice states if not completely happy to call the Service Manager. I spoke with "Chris' who called me a liar by stating that never happened and none of his people would ever place grease inside the truck. He spoke over me with a loud raised voice, when I spoke over him and said "I am the Customer" he promptly hung up on. I do NOT recommend taking your vehicle to Walker Chevrolet. They do NOT care about you.

    Walker Chevrolet Service Department -
    Not a very customer friendly place to go.
    I am a life long General Motors customer and was very disappointed that I could not get the oil changed in my Walker Chevrolet purchased vehicle.
    I was told that I would have to leave it for a day or so.
    For an oil change?
    This wasn’t the service I was promised when I purchased the vehicle.
    Needless to say, I will not be going back to Walker Chevrolet again.

    Walker Chevrolet almost a year ago and every time I come in for service work, they remember me and always fix my car correctly. Everybody there is so pleasant to work with.

    I had my C8 Corvette repaired recently. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The service advisor, Dustin M******* was very helpful and kept me apprised of the progress. The problem I had was intermittent, so I met with Greg M*******, their technical advisor. I drove my car with him so he could understand my complaint. He diagnosed it quickly and it was repaired at a very fair price. Definitely would recommend the service department.

    We bought a vehicle here almost 2 months ago. We were promised THAT day that we would be getting the 2nd key because they lost it. Originally they told us they'd bring us a service vehicle and take ours to make the new key. The next time I talked to our salesman he said we'd have to drop it off. Since then we've asked SEVERAL times when this new key is coming. NO REPLY. It feels like we've been duped here. This is ridiculous.

    I called about a car listed on their website as available. A salesman told me that someone else had ordered the car but they weren't able to get in touch with him, and that if I put down a $1000 deposit, they would transfer the car's reservation to my name. I paid the deposit and 3 days before driving in to purchase it (I live 200 miles away), I called to make sure everything was still good. A manager leaves me a voicemail that says "we're showing that car as sold to someone else". The rest of the day and next morning I am ghosted. I finally get another manager on the phone and he said that basically "It doesn't work like that". He was not apologetic and they did not own their mistake. They lied to me so they could get my deposit. I can't imagine how mad I would have been had I driven 400 miles round trip only to find out that they sold the car that they assured me was now mine. They did offer me other "deals" on cars on the lot that were way out of my price range or used. After their shady dealings, I asked for my deposit back. Had to call daily for a week for them to return it.
    Bottom line - these guys are dishonest and will say anything to you. And when they screw you, they don't even feel bad about it.
