  We have been with Elite Sanitation for over 10 years and every year they get better and better with their excellent service, trucks and team members. Whenever we have had an issue with anything they are always quick to respond. The backdoor service they offer is fantastic and it is a real convenience to not to have to drag the garbage bins to and from the bottom of the driveway. We very much appreciate their service and their hard working team members!

  There are so many poor reviews here and across other sites that I cannot believe they are still in business. I cancelled service with them in January of 2021 because they were terribly delinquent on their pickup days and our trash would pile up for two weeks at a time. On multiple occasions, we would request a pro-rated bill because we had paid for service that we did not receive. Finally, we terminated service with them and requested that they retrieve their container from our driveway as the new provider we selected required us to provide our own. We do not have room for extra large garbage cans, so we really needed them to remove their can before purchasing a new one. Several requests were made with no action or response. Therefore, we began using their container and our new provider would perform the service. Today, nearly two years after discontinuing service, I saw their truck outside my house. I went outside moments later to find my trash can gone and all of the trash left in my driveway. Furious as as was, I do realize that it was their container to begin with. I immediately left to go purchase another can since my trash was in my driveway and they were still in the neighborhood picking up other residents’ waste. I confronted and asked why they couldn’t just go ahead and take my trash, as well. I pointed out that I had previously paid them for service that I did not receive, so taking my garbage this one time was the right the to do. The service man (who I believe is one of the owners) accused me of hiding the can from them (it sits outside my garage 365 days/year) and told me he could not deal with trash that is not his. Inwoukd not recommend this company for any reason. They are lazy, inconsiderate, unresponsive and lack common sense and common courtesy and do not deserve the opportunity to serve you.
