    I have been going to Aspen Dental in ********* for two years. Recently, however, the quality of service and care has plummeted. They have lost my records repeatedly. On Jan 18th ****, I reported to the clinic to have a crown reinstalled. They noted the repair probably would not last another 30 years. It lasted 23 hours. I was unable to call them on the 19th and so I drove by their office. There was no one there. Through their website, I made an appointment for **** on Saturday the 20th (they are open on Saturdays "by appointment only"). I arrived at **** and noted only one other vehicle in the parking lot; a truck by the front door. At ****, the door was still locked, the lights were off and there were still no other cars in the lot. I talked to the driver of the truck. He had an **** appointment and had driven from *******. We waited until **** and left. I will find another dentist. ***** Dental is inefficient, ineffective, incompetent, and lacks even the courtesy to put up signs or stop taking appointments when they are closed. I suppose I will have to go to ******* for dental care. That's more ********* business being lost.
