    Condry came out, diagnosed our problem and sat us down to discuss our options, this young man is top shelf material when it comes to customer service and he’s very well educated on heating and cooling equipment. We needed a compressor replacement, he left Dickson went all the way to Franklin then came back and installed our new one leaving us happy and cool to this day! Mind you it was 2’oclock in the evening when he left to get the parts. When my husband and I asked him why he didn’t just put us off until he had more free time; he simply smiled, pointed at our newborn and said “she’s the reason”. I highly recommend this young man for anything hvac related!
