    Called them regarding cleaning my pool, 2 months later nothing but excuses.. they came and broke into my back yard once, stole my chlorinator off my pool filter assembly, a $300+ item. Now they refuse to bring it back. worthless service, telling me they came and we weren't home when we were, saying they took pictures but still no cleaning! I recommend them to NO ONE!!!

    BUYER BEWARE!! TERRIBLE Customer Service. ******* DOES NOT return calls. DOESN'T CARE about customer care and follow-up. BE PREPARED to get a lawyer involved if you have any issues that need to be resolved. Had a pool for 3 months and was never able to use it before having to shut it down for the winter BY ANOTHER POOL COMPANY. Only got steps coming out of the pool, but not the other half to get in the pool!! The installers don't pay attention to what they are installing - I purchased a saltwater system (an extra $1,000) but was never told it was backordered and NOT INSTALLED. So, 10 bags of salt was dumped into the pool with no salt system in place to convert it!! The installer would respond that they were coming to fix issues, but always cancelled with some excuse. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

    Sorry you feel that way. As disclosed, you bought an above ground pool from us and on the receipt, it clearly said, Independent Installers are paid direct." Again, you knew and were aware of that because you paid them directly after they finished and approved. We did stop communication because your lawyer called me directly and I forwarded her all the information that was requested, and she saw that S&W were not the installers. Ms. ****** paid $896.05 plus tax for a salt system that she knew that was on backorder as her lawyer did know as well. All packages come with a deck ladder as she also requested and received. As per Ms. Cooner she was going to have a deck built around pool. To date, Ms. ****** picked up the salt system and has in her possession. I saw photos of pool install from the installers and it looked great. Hope you enjoy your pool next summer.
