    I hired Mr. Payne to do termite restoration job, install sliding glass door, luxury vinyl flooring in kitchen, living room, laundry room and hallway, drywall on ceilings and install 8 interior doors. He did not complete the termite damage to the joist and sub flooring in my kitchen nor did he finish hanging the drywall on ceiling in kitchen and hallway. Right in the middle of the job, because I would not give him any more money he just abandoned the job. I would not recommend hiring this man. It appeared to me that he is in a negative financial situation. He did do a good job on finishing the drywall. It's just too bad that he did not finish the job. After receiving $4,800 he complained because I refused to give him any more money until he finished the drywall and sub floor. He left me in a very bad situation as I am a single disabled woman who is new to the area and does not know anyone who can finish this job for me.
