I have used Coleman Taylor both professionally and personally on many occasions and have found their repairs to be quite satisfactory, That said, when I have needed to contact their **************** I have been stonewalled. the phone number listed on BBB goes to an answering service with no knowledge of how to contact Corporate.....Case in point-when contacting the stores you are told an overhaul carries a 12 month 12k mile warranty, The Coleman Taylor website says an overhaul carries a 5 year 100k warranty. This is a Huge discrepancy that might be resolved if the Corporate officials were available for questions !

We certainly apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding you experienced in trying to contact the General Offices of Coleman Taylor Transmissions. Although our address is showing correct, the phone number listed is not.
That number and location it belonged to, has been closed,our third-party answering service is helping to direct our customers who call that phone number, to the closest shop for their transmission service needs,but they will not be able to answer any questions. However, all of our shop managers can answer any warranty, service questions a customer might have. Please feel free to contact any shop, listing a couple shop phone numbers in that area below. If you still need help, please feel free to contact the General Offices at ************ our hours are 6:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday.
