  Mr. ********************** said I could pay for a monthly subscription to save money and that I could cancel at any time. I have now called for at least 3 (maybe 4) months in a row asking them to stop my subscription. They did not solve my plumbing issue after over-charging me for not solving my problem....and now they won't stop charging me a monthly fee. Ridiculous.

  This is the worst plumbing company ever. They really don't take there job serious, they make promises they can't keep. Had a water leak coming from upstairs down to the guest bathroom downstairs it took 6 plumbers to come in and tell us the same bullcrap but yet no resolution on if they could fix it or not they drilled a big hole in the ceiling bathroom they did not attempt to fix it but yet we spent 1600 dollars to get it fixed but that was a waste of money. We even had the boss man to come out too check everything out but he was a joke. He made it seem as if we didn't know what we were talking about ,like we just simply made everything up. Money gone problem never fixed.

  Just gotta say. Never again. Charged over $800 to reinstall a garbage disposal when the counter tops and sink was updated. Charged over $300 for some pvc piping to route the drains. After returning from hardware store with about $30 of piping/elbows. One hour later the disposal was reinstalled. Death in family required the work be done so we could go out of state for funeral. Bottom line. $800+ to replace a garbage disposal. Way to take care of your disabled military customers.

  I called Mr. ********************** to repair my kitchen sink. The sink was sinking and water was leaking. Since I was getting the sink repaired I asked them to go ahead and replace the garbage disposal. A few days later my sink starts sinking again. They had someone come out and he literally told me that everything was the technicians fault. That he didnt properly repair my sink, but they were going to have to charge me again to correct THEIR technicians shotty work. This time even more money. Because the invoice only shows that I paid for a garbage disposal and basket strainer and not an itemized receipt of the actual work, he tried to gaslight me and say I had no proof that I ever even called about the sink when the sink was the purpose of the call. When I called to speak to someone else they stopped answering my calls. Now 8 months later the issue has resurfaced and gotten worse. Whatever he didnt do the 1st time caused a leak between my walls and now I have mold, my baseboards and carpet are ruined and no recourse of action. This company SHOULD NOT be in business!!! NO INTEGRITY!!!

  Had issues with our washing machine, called Mr. ********************** and had two people sent out two separate times over charging us the second time because they did not read the first guys notes. Then put holes in our walls, we later found out unnecessary. Claimed they fixed the issue then flooded our entire downstairs (all bedrooms and one bath) took responsibility and said they would come back to make things right and we have not heard from them since. I have left messages with the manager and she will not call me back. Apparently she has been in a meeting since last Thursday. Do not use Mr. **********************!!!

  Mr. ********************** and the team are phenomenal! Their promptness and top-notch quality are unbeatable! Every person I have dealt with, from management to the CSRs, are genuine and kind. They truly care about the customer experience from start to finish. They are dedicated, knowledgable, and respectful. What a great team!!
